I honestly can’t say enough about my experience with Audi. This was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Darius was fantastic from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and made the entire process so easy and comfortable. There was no pressure or hassle, and he made the leasing process quick and seamless. Sarah was also great and did an excellent job helping me with all of the technology and getting everything set up. We made an appointment for service on our 2025 Audi Q5, but when we arrived, we were told they didn’t have time to do the software update and we should leave the car overnight. Only problem is they didn’t have a loaner car available for us to get home.
That’s when Bill, the Service Manager, stepped in. He took control of the situation and arranged a rental car for us. It may seem like a small thing, but his willingness to help and make things right made a big difference. We truly appreciated his professionalism and excellent customer service.
