That is usually not a problem to remove that sort of smell. It really depends on how deep the smell has permeated. If we see any issues with removing the smell while there we would give you specific options for your situation.

Anti-microbial spray, some good smelling scent (spray or oil) & after its set on the stain for 10-20 min.. Use a high powered wet/dry vaccum on it. A cheap shop vac usually will do the trick.
